Commercial support

What we do

  • Implementation — install and configure @normwerk/einvoice-medusa (or the underlying @normwerk/einvoice-* packages directly) in your Medusa v2 project, including the seller/payment configuration EN 16931 and XRechnung actually require.
  • Adaptation to your stack — you run @webbers/invoices-medusa or another PDF plugin, a different commerce platform, or need a country not yet in the supported matrix: tell us what you have.
  • Support retainers — an ongoing arrangement for teams shipping e-invoicing to production who want a response contract rather than best-effort GitHub issues.

SLA: 3 business days. No published rates — pricing depends on scope, so get in touch for an estimate: hello@normwerk.dev.

Why trust this

The code is open source (MIT) and every fixture is validated against the official validators — KoSIT Validator for XRechnung, Mustang for ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, veraPDF for PDF/A-3b — in CI, not a reimplementation of what those tools check. That is a guarantee you can check yourself: clone the repo, run the conformance suite, and read the result. See how we verify.
